David entered the Central Florida building industry in 1988 as an Assistant Superintendent for a prominent Custom Home builder in Lake Mary, Fl. Over the course of 11 years he advanced to the position of Project Manager, handling all of the operational aspects of the company. Bidding, Estimating, Purchasing and project build-out from site work to completion in the $600,000-$1,000,000 market. Looking for greater challenges, Dave entered the southwest enclaves of Isleworth, Cypress Pointe, Isle of Osprey, as well as the Winter Park luxury home market. He joined with one of the premier luxury home builders as a Project Manager in the $1,000,000-$15,000,000 market. Over the next 20 years, Dave moved up through the company and ascended to Vice President, and partnered with the owner as President of a subsidiary company in the south east [Lake Nona] market. With over 200 high-end, successful projects to his credit, Dave brings a unique and highly qualified skillset in every facet of the Custom Home building industry.
