Melanie is an indispensable team member who oversees coordination of all facets of our daily accounting to include accounts receivable, accounts payable, and insurance certificates. Melanie is a highly organized time manager who also coordinates subcontractor and vendor relations to ensure proper budgeting, cost controls, and constraints. We build so many one of a kind dream homes that require inordinate amounts of detail; Melanie keeps us on task and on time!
