Mediterranean Style

Our Mediterranean style homes are built to be classic and timeless with the most discerning finishes. This Mizner style estate is reminiscent of the classic Palm Beach estate homes from the 1920’s and 1930’s. Notice the extensive use of mosaics, painted custom beams, wainscot panels inside and out, rare Italian marbles, and exquisite finishes.

Traditional Remodel

Celebrating the distinct architectural beauty found in many existing homes, Charles Clayton Construction also provides specialized whole-home remodeling and historic preservation services. Owner Charles Clayton enjoys the unique challenges related to a historic remodel, integrating today’s technology and design efficiencies into yesterday’s classic homes.

The vision for this traditional home, Via Gavannetto, was to create a “100-year-old” home that gives a nod to the property’s older and very established neighborhood, yet at the same time, do justice to the magnificent 1.76-acre lakefront lot with the most commanding water views in the area. The home was built in a classical design with a brick façade and a white wash to age it. A stunning landscape design, complete with putting green and clay tennis court, provide the perfect setting for Via Gavannetto.
